* A request for accessible information relating to:
** Content that is excluded from the scope of application of RD 1112/2018 as established by Article 3, paragraph 4.
If a request for accessible information or complaint has been made and it has been rejected, the interested party does not agree with the decision adopted, or the response does not meet the requirements considered in article 12.5, the interested party may initiate a complaint. A complaint may also be lodged if a reply has not been received within twenty working days.
The complaints procedure set out in Article 13 of [https://www.boe.es/diario_boe/txt.php?id=BOE-A-2018-12699 Royal Decree 1112/2018 ] came into force on 20 September 2020.
