If a request for accessible information or complaint has been made and it has been rejected, the interested party does not agree with the decision adopted, or the response does not meet the requirements considered in article 12.5, the interested party may initiate a complaint. A complaint may also be lodged if a reply has not been received within twenty working days.

The website is optimised for the following browsers, Chrome, Internet Explorer 11 or higher, Edge, Firefox, Safari 5.1 or higher, Opera 15 or higher, iOS 6.1 or higher, Android 4.1 or higher. And it is designed for responsive viewing on devices such as tablet and mobile.
The National Geographic Institute's main objective is to make its website as accessible and usable as possible. For this reason, it has been designed to adapt to the standards and regulations in force in relation to accessibility, for which purpose revisions are carried out prior to each the publication of new content.
In any case, the portal is partially accessible and it is therefore possible that you may find some pages that do not adapt 100% to the standards.
